Cold chainthat travels.

The Move was built for the field. Vacuum insulated panels and PCM in a rugged carry bag, validated to the same standard as the Cube, for specimen collection and wherever a rigid shipper can’t follow.

One SOP, all year round

The configuration that survives a heatwave is the one that survives a freeze.

Seasonal re-qualification costs time, money, and a separate BOM your team has to manage, train for, and audit. The Move eliminates it. One system. Every season. Pack it the same way in July or January.

Built for

Where the cold chain walks.

The Move goes where soft coolers fail and rigid shippers can’t follow, clinical corridors, field sites, and last-mile routes that still demand validated, documented cold chain.

In the rig, on the scene.

Medications need to stay at temperature whether they're in the ambulance or on scene. The Move delivers validated cold chain performance in a carry bag built for the demands of emergency medicine.

Field-ready by design

Engineered for the last mile.

The Move ships with the same insulation panels and PCM plates that earn the Cube its qualification, lab-proven, then built into a bag made for on the go.

VIP Lid

Integrated VIP Lid

The lid features a vacuum insulated panel (VIP) and foam that creates an air gap barrier against the tub flange, keeping the same thermal performance as the walls.

The Tub

The Patented Tub

The five-sided tub works as a system with the PCM plates; it's washable and built to reuse. It protects the VIPs, contains spills, and absorbs impact to meet drop test and real-world requirements.

VIP Wall Panels

VIP Wall Panels

Every side is lined with a silica-core vacuum insulated panel, the highest-performing insulation available. Protective foam keeps each VIP secure, dampens vibration, and eliminates air gaps against the tub.

PCM Plates

PCM Plates

PCM plates lock into the patented tub with a dual-beveled fit that prevents misassembly. Color-coded by temperature, they work across both Cube and Cube+, less inventory, less cold storage, lower shipping costs.

Clips + Zipper

Closed Tight, Wherever It Travels

The Move stays sealed with a heavy-duty zipper, locking clips, and reinforced corners to protect whatever's inside, plus a padded shoulder strap built to carry the heaviest loads wherever it travels.

Interchangeable PCM plates

One plate family.Eight coolers.

Four plate sizes span the entire range. Move up from a Cube to a Cube+ and your team manages the same refrigerant, less inventory, less to qualify, fewer ways to get it wrong.

Double-beveled

Ambidextrous geometry means there's no wrong way to insert a plate, packers move faster and make fewer errors.

Self-locking

Plates seat and lock into the tub so the thermal pack stays put through handling, transit, and inspection.

Color-coded

Each temperature profile gets its own color, so the right plate for the right lane is obvious on the line.

Reusable

Wipe down, recharge in any standard freezer or fridge, and run again, built for hundreds of cycles, not one.

Validated, not estimated

Three ranges, one proven bag.

The Move is thermally validated for 96+ hours across frozen, refrigerated, and room temperature ranges, and mechanically proven for transport.

Job

Standard payload volumes, the Move is built for single-patient routes used in the field for everyday transport, the routine runs where reliability matters as much as capacity.

Operator

Built for EMS, hospital, and lab teams, wherever samples and medications demand performance, the Move is ready to go, built to hold its own in the field where a lapse in temperature control isn't an option.

Why reusable

Built to ship.Built to return.Built to last.

Built to protect and built to last. The tub keeps the VIP panels safe, washes clean after every shipment, and the PCM plates recondition and go straight back in. Hundreds of cycles, zero compromise.

Single-use shippers charge you the full system cost every cycle. The Cube charges you for the carton. The VIP panels and PCM plates don’t expire, and they don’t get thrown away after one trip.

Service life

5-year tub service life

Service life measured in years, not shipments. Built to handle daily use, the return trip, and everything in between. Every component is tested and designed to maintain performance year after year.

No expiry

No VIP or PCM expiry

Always effective. Never expired. PCM plates recondition and perform like new, every time. No expiry. No degradation.

Replacement

Replace parts, not the system

If a component is lost or damaged, order a replacement and keep shipping. Every SteadyPac component is individually replaceable, protecting your investment and keeping your cold chain running.

What ships in the box

Documentationis not a follow-up.It’s part of the SKU.

Most cold-chain packaging vendors send the box first and the paperwork second, if at all. TempAid ships the qualification file inside the mailer it documents. Same lane, same date, same signature.

01

Qualification summary

Lane-specific test results, peak internal margin to spec.

02

ISTA test report

7D/7E or 3A profile, raw temperature data, lab signature.

03

GS1-compliant shipping label

Lot, expiry, lane code, temperature class.

04

Pack-out SOP card

One page, laminated. Insert, seal, ship.

05
