When an excursionisn’t an option.
One box, one pack-out, one SOP, validated across +40°C and −30°C, covering refrigerated, frozen, and CRT in a single universal configuration that runs year-round without seasonal changeover.

The configuration that survives a heatwave is the one that survives a freeze
Seasonal requalification costs time, money, and added complexity your team has to manage, train for, and audit. The SteadyPac Cube eliminates all of it, one system, every season. Pack it the same way in July as you do in January. Heatwave, deep freeze, or anything in between, SteadyPac Cube and Cube + will maintain your desired temperature from the first mile to the last.
Summer ambient profile, ISTA 7E · 7D pass
Winter ambient profile, ISTA 7E · 7D pass
Identical pack-out across all seasons
Made for lanes that can’t fail.
The Cube and Cube+ are built for the shipments where a single excursion isn’t an inconvenience, it’s a shipment deviation, a failed trial, or ineffective medication reaching a patient.
One deviation. One invalid trial.
A single deviation can invalidate a trial arm and trigger a regulatory hold. IMPs are often irreplaceable mid-study. SteadyPac Cube and Cube+ ensures every shipment arrives within protocol, with the documentation to prove it.
Validation documentation included with every shipment
No seasonal requalification between trial phases
Performs across all ambient conditions and lane profiles
It all starts withthe tub.
A patented, single-piece inner tub does the work six loose vacuum insulated panels can’t. It holds the PCM plates in place, protects the panels from puncturing, contains spills, and survives years of reuse.

It protects your VIPs from popping.
Vacuum insulated panels are the most expensive component in the system and the most vulnerable. The rigid tub with flange provides a protective barrier against puncture and impact, ensuring the insulation is never compromised and the system remains reusable for years.
Five sealed sides, not six loose panels.
Six separate foam panels leave gaps at every seam. Our seamless five-sided tub contains spills, critical for hazmat, blood, and virus sample shipments.
Simplify your dry ice shipments.
Tare the tub on a scale, fill with dry ice to your exact target weight, and lower it in by the handles. No spillage, no guesswork, no loose pellets in the payload cavity.
Engineered to handle drops.
The rigid tub acts as an internal skeleton and the flange spreads load on impact, maintaining structural integrity under drop conditions, ISTA 3A drop tested to prove it.
Reusable by design. Sustainable by default.
Lift out, wipe down, sanitize; ready for the next shipment. A five-year service life turns a single-use cost into a returnable asset.
Five components.One qualified system.

Integrated VIP lid
The lid features a vacuum insulated panel (VIP) and foam that creates an air-gap barrier against the tub flange, keeping the same thermal performance as the walls.
The patented tub
The five-sided tub works as a system with the PCM plates; it's washable and built to reuse. It protects the VIPs, contains spills, and absorbs impact to meet drop-test and real-world requirements.
Protective shell
The entire solution is protected by a drop-tested outer shell, built with carry handles, tamper-seal grommets, and integrated data-logger slots. Designed throughout for reuse, with a lid that opens clean without cutting.
PCM Plates
PCM plates lock into the patented tub with a dual-beveled fit that prevents misassembly. Color-coded by temperature, they work across both Cube and Cube+, less inventory, less cold storage, lower shipping costs.
VIP wall panels
Every side is lined with a silica-core vacuum insulated panel, the highest-performing insulation available. Protective foam keeps each VIP secure, dampens vibration, and eliminates air gaps against the tub.

One plate family.Eight coolers.
Four plate sizes span the entire range. Move up from a Cube to a Cube+ and your team manages the same refrigerant, less inventory, less to qualify, fewer ways to get it wrong.
Proof for three lanes.
Thermally validated to 144+ hours across three temperature profiles, with the lightest qualified solution to pass the ISTA 3A drop test.
Cube or Cube+.
The Cube.Universal cold chain performance.
The Cube is built for cold chains that can't afford to fail, VIP insulation, precision PCM plates, and a reusable tub in one universal platform. Any temperature, any payload, any shipment.
One universal configuration. The same pack-out process every season, one SOP for your entire team. Color-coded PCM plates lock in one way, the right way, so there's no guesswork and no errors.

Built to ship.Built to return.Built to last.
Built to protect and built to last. The tub keeps the VIP panels safe, washes clean after every shipment, and the PCM plates recondition and go straight back in. Hundreds of cycles, zero compromise.
Single-use shippers charge you the full system cost every cycle. The Cube charges you for the carton. The tub, VIP panels and PCM plates don’t expire, and they don’t get thrown away after one trip.
One conditioning system.
The same PCM plates as your depot reusables work in the Solo.
Multi-site ready.
Universal SOPs and documentation across every investigator site.
No return leg.
Sites keep nothing and ship nothing back.

Documentationis not a follow-up.It’s part of the SKU.
Every TempAid mailer comes with qualification reports standard, ready to meet your regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Cold chain packaging. Pre-qualified. Ready to ship.
TempAid pack outs arrive qualified for your lanes, documented for your auditors, and ready for your shipments.
“The Cube removed one of the biggest variables in our shipping program. Our operators pack every shipment the same way, whether it’s January or July, and that’s made a measurable difference in consistency.”
