Flexible gel packs are the right tool for many cold chain applications. PCM Bottles are the right tool when the environment demands more. The rigid HDPE shell maintains its shape under compression, resists breakage, and wipes clean between cycles. In warehouse environments where packs are handled roughly and reused thousands of times, the hard shell outlasts flexible alternatives by a significant margin.

The interlocking square format is designed to line a box on all sides, eliminating the hot spots and cold spots that come from irregular coverage. Up to six bottles enclose a payload completely. Five phase change options cover the full range from deep frozen to ambient heat protection.

HDPE rigid shell for rugged environments

High-density polyethylene construction resists compression and impact. The rigid shell maintains precise temperature longer than flexible alternatives and eliminates the risk of leakage from physical damage.

Interlocking square design

The square footprint lets up to six bottles surround any standard box, top, bottom, and all four sides. Full thermal enclosure prevents localized temperature excursions.

Five phase change options

From −21°C for deep frozen lanes to +23°C for ambient protection, one product format covers the full pharmaceutical temperature range. One inventory format, multiple lane applications.

Wipeable and easy to clean

The smooth HDPE outer surface cleans with standard wipes between cycles. No porous surfaces, no contamination risk.
