TempAid Gel Packs - Leak Proof are constructed from thick, pressure-tested poly-nylon (PE/PA) film that handles the weight, the drops, and the freight conditions that standard packs do not. The non-toxic gel cools uniformly, holds cold longer, and is safe for air freight.

The flexible design lets you mold the pack before freezing for a tight fit around the payload. Once frozen, it holds its shape and delivers consistent cold from the first hour to the last. Reusable across multiple shipment cycles.
